Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wine Studio, we do understand that unexpected event can happen therefore please find the details below of our policy towards Refunds and Cancellations.

 

Should Wine Studio team be informed of a cancellation up to 20 days prior to the start of the course or exam dates, student would be charged an administration fee including the cost of the material of HK$ 2,000.

 

Should Wine Studio team be informed of a wish to transfer the booking to a future courses and exam delivered by Wine Studio up to 20 days prior the start of the course, student would be charged an administration fee of HK$ 1,000. Selection of the new course date and completion must be done within 6 months of the original course date. Should the timeframe be not respected, full course fees will be charged to student.

 

If student is unable to attend the course or exam due to illness, a medical note proof will be required within 3 days of the missed session. To be provided by email to Wine Studio Team at winestudiohk@gmail.com .  Should student required special examination due to new condition not identified and shared during booking time of the course, Wine Studio will require medical note for Wine Studio to identify the best action plan.

 

Please note that booking form without the full fee and proof of payment will not be proceed and no course/examination registration will be confirmed until the full fee has been received as described on our booking form.

 

Minimum numbers of fully paid students are required for a particular course to run. Course will be confirmed by email by our team once the sufficient number of seats has been reached, should the number of students has not been reached, course and exam will be rescheduled at later date. Students will be informed by our team via email 15 days prior to the courses, and a full refund will be initiated within 2 weeks following the cancellation announcement. Refunds may take between 4 to 6 weeks to be processed by Bank transfer.

 

Please note that Class / Exam arrangements might differ from original dates under severe weather conditions. (Typhoon 8 or above / Black Rainstorm signal) Communication in this case will be made by email from our team.
